Yoga Racheal, born on September 20, 1991, in Riverside, California, had always been an active child. Growing up, she spent most of her time taking gymnastics classes, cultivating a passion for movement and physical fitness from a young age.
Despite her love for gymnastics, Yoga Racheal struggled with body image and manipulation. Seeking a healthier way to connect with her body and mind, she turned to YouTube videos to teach herself yoga. Through dedicated practice and self-study, she found solace and healing in the ancient practice.
