Willis Raburu was born on January 4, 1987, in Kenya. He comes from a family with a strong background in public service, as his father was the former famous Provincial Commissioner Peter Raburu. Willis grew up with a brother and two sisters, and from a young age, he was instilled with a sense of responsibility and a passion for storytelling.
After completing his secondary education, Willis went on to attend Moi University, where he pursued a degree in Journalism. It was during his time at university that he honed his journalism skills and discovered his talent for investigative reporting. He graduated with his Bachelor's degree and armed with a passion for uncovering the truth.
