Volodymyr Groysman was born on January 20, 1978, in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. He grew up in a politically engaged family and developed an interest in public service from a young age. Groysman began his political career in 2002 when he was elected as a member of the Vinnytsia City Council. His natural leadership abilities and dedication to his community quickly set him apart from his peers.
After serving on the City Council, Groysman went on to become Mayor of Vinnytsia in 2006. During his time in office, he implemented various reforms to improve the quality of life for residents and enhance the city's infrastructure.
