Victoria Koblenko was born on December 19, 1980, in Vinnytsia, Ukraine. Growing up in Soviet Ukraine, she experienced a childhood marked by the political and social changes that ultimately led to the dissolution of the USSR. At the age of 12, she moved with her family to the Netherlands, where she would later pursue a career in acting.
As a teenager, Victoria began acting in commercials, honing her craft and gaining valuable experience in front of the camera. While attending Leiden University, she made her television debut on the popular Dutch soap opera, Goede tijden, slechte tijden, where she portrayed the character Isabella Kortenaer.
Victoria's talent and dedication to her craft did not go unnoticed, as she was awarded Favorite Actress at the 2004 Dutch Film Festival for her role in the movie, Stille Nacht.
