Tunde Oyeneyin was born on July 12, 1985 in Nigeria. She spent her childhood in Nigeria before moving to the United States with her family. Oyeneyin attended Taylor High School, where she graduated in 2004. After high school, she pursued a career in makeup artistry in Los Angeles, where she worked for over a decade before transitioning to become a Peloton cycling instructor.

In December 2020, she was selected to lead classes as part of Shonda Rhimes' Year of Yes themed Peloton series.
