Tsehay Hawkins was born on November 14, 2005, in Ethiopia. She was adopted at seven months old and brought to Australia, where she was raised by her loving parents. Growing up, she had a close bond with her younger brother Kendly and their British bulldog, Spud.
From a very young age, Tsehay showed a natural talent for dance. She began taking ballet, tap, and jazz lessons when she was only two years old. Her dedication and hard work paid off, as she went on to win 11 Australian titles and four World titles in Latin and commercial dance.
In 2021, Tsehay Hawkins shot to fame when it was announced that she would be taking on the role of the Yellow Wiggle in the beloved Australian children's group, The Wiggles.
