Tony Christian Halme was a Finnish politician, wrestler, bodybuilder, and boxer born on June 6, 1963 in Helsinki, Finland. He was best known for his time as a Member of the Finnish Parliament representing the True Finns party, as well as his wrestling career under the ring name Ludvig Borga.
Halme's early life was marked by struggles, growing up with his brother in a single-parent household with their mother, who battled alcoholism and destructive behavior. His father left the family when he was just a baby, only making rare contact throughout his life.
