Tom Searle was born on October 23, 1987 in England. Along with his twin brother Dan, he showed an early interest in music. They both picked up guitars at a young age and started playing together, eventually forming the band Architects.
In 2004, Tom and Dan, along with some friends, decided to form a band. They went through a couple of name changes before finally settling on Architects. From the beginning, Tom's guitar skills and songwriting abilities stood out, helping to shape the band's unique sound.
Architects started to gain attention in the metalcore scene with their first few releases. However, it was their fifth album, Daybreaker, that really put them on the map. The album broke into the top 50 of the UK charts, leading to increased recognition and opportunities for the band.
Unfortunately, Tom's success was overshadowed by personal struggles. At the young age of 28, he was diagnosed with cancer.
