Todd Armstrong Fitch is a former collegiate defensive back who made a name for himself both on the field and on the sidelines. Born on February 15, 1964, in Saline, Michigan, Fitch grew up in a sports-loving family and quickly developed a passion for football. He attended Bellaire High School, where he excelled in both football and baseball. After high school, Fitch went on to graduate from Bowling Green University, where he continued to hone his athletic skills.
After graduating from college, Fitch pursued a career in coaching. In 1982, he enrolled at Ohio Wesleyan University, where he played as a defensive back on the college football team. In 2020, Fitch landed his first NCAA head coaching job with Vanderbilt University.
