Stephanie Nogueras was born on November 18, 1989 in Camden, New Jersey. She was raised in Frederick, Maryland and is of Puerto Rican descent. From a young age, Stephanie showed a passion for the arts and a strong desire to pursue a career in entertainment.
Stephanie graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology/National Technical Institute for the Deaf in 2011, where she earned a degree in liberal arts. This education provided her with a strong foundation for her future career in acting and modeling.

Less than six months later, she landed a recurring role as Natalie Pierce on the hit TV show Switched at Birth.
