Simon Thomas was born on January 26, 1973 in Norwich, Norfolk, England to parents Andrew and Gill Thomas. He grew up in Cromer before moving to Grimston. Thomas has two sisters, Hannah and Rebecca. He attended Birmingham University where he graduated with a degree in history.
