Shara Venegas was born on September 18, 1992, in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. From a young age, she showed a natural talent for volleyball and quickly fell in love with the sport. Growing up in Puerto Rico, where volleyball is a popular and widely played sport, Venegas was able to hone her skills and passion for the game.
Venegas made her professional club volleyball debut in 2009 when she signed with the Puerto Rican side Llaneras de Toa Baja. It was the beginning of a successful career that would see her rise to prominence in the volleyball world.
In 2014, Venegas had the honor of representing her country as a member of the Puerto Rican national women's team at the FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship. Her skill and determination helped the team compete at the highest level of international competition.
