Seth Russell was born on January 27, 1994, in Dallas, Texas to Ronnie and Andrea Russell. Growing up in Texas, Russell developed a passion for football at a young age, dreaming of one day playing at the collegiate level.
During his time at Garland High School, Russell established himself as a standout dual-threat quarterback.
