Raishmar Carrillo was born on November 19, 1995 in Puerto Rico. She had a difficult start in life, as she was abandoned by her drug addict parents at a young age. As a result, she spent 21 years in foster care, facing many challenges and obstacles along the way. Despite these hardships, she remained determined to create a better future for herself.
In 2021, Raishmar Carrillo participated in the Miss Puerto Rico competition, where she ultimately came in third place.
