Pradikta Wicaksono, commonly known as Dikta, was born on October 1, 1986 in Indonesia. He grew up in a musically-inclined family, with his parents encouraging his passion for music from a young age. As the middle child among three siblings, Dikta had a natural talent for singing and performing.
After completing his primary education, Dikta went on to attend Universitas Prof. Dr. Moestopo in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. It was during his college years that he started to pursue his dream of becoming a professional singer. Dikta's talent quickly caught the attention of music producers and in 2007, he joined the popular pop group Yovie & Nuno.
Dikta's career took off with Yovie & Nuno, where he showcased his vocal prowess on hit songs like "Tanpa Cinta," "Merindu Lagi," and "Menjaga Hati." His soulful voice and charismatic stage presence captivated audiences across Indonesia, earning him a loyal fan base.
In addition to his work with Yovie & Nuno, Dikta also founded his own band, Pradikta Project, where he had the creative freedom to explore different musical styles and collaborate with other artists.
In 2015, Dikta made his acting debut on the popular musical drama series Stereo. This new venture allowed him to showcase his talents in a different light and further expand his artistic horizons.
