Paige Hadley was born on August 26, 1992, in Sydney, Australia, to her parents Michael and Sandra Hadley. From a young age, Hadley showed a natural talent for netball and began playing in her early teens. She quickly caught the eye of scouts and was selected to play for the New South Wales team at the Under 17 level.
In 2012, Hadley joined the Australian Institute of Sport, where she continued to hone her skills and develop as a player. The following year, in 2013, she made a significant career move by joining the New South Wales Swifts of the ANZ Championship as a center and wing attacker. This opportunity allowed her to showcase her talents on a larger stage and compete against some of the best players in the sport.
Despite facing setbacks, such as an ACL tear in her left knee during the 2014 season, Hadley displayed immense resilience and determination by making a successful comeback the following year. Her hard work and perseverance paid off when she won the NSW Swifts' Coaches Award in 2013, highlighting her contribution to the team.
