Orim Meikle was born on December 24, 1967, in Jamaica. At the age of seven, he relocated to Canada with his parents, Theophilus and Anditta Meikle. Growing up in a strong Christian household, Orim was deeply influenced by his parents' faith and dedication to serving others.
After completing his high school education, Orim pursued further studies at Tyndale University College and Seminary in Toronto, Ontario. It was during his time at Tyndale that he felt a calling to ministry and dedicated himself to spreading the message of the Gospel.
Upon graduating from Tyndale, Orim Meikle felt compelled to share his faith with others and teach them about the transformative power of God's love. He decided to establish the Rhema Christian Ministries of Canada, Inc., an evangelical organization with a commitment to spreading the Gospel to all who would listen.
In addition to his work with the Rhema Christian Ministries, Orim Meikle also founded the Zhanre Music Group, a Gospel music recording label. This venture allowed him to combine his passion for music with his desire to inspire and uplift others through the power of song.
Before fully dedicating himself to the ministry, Orim briefly taught at the Aenon Bible College, where he shared his knowledge and love of God with young students eager to learn. His time as a teacher helped shape his approach to spreading the Gospel and deepened his commitment to serving others.
Recognizing the importance of meeting the practical needs of those in his community, Orim Meikle's ministry established outreach programs focusing on employment and education. Orim Meikle married Judith James, and together they have two children, a daughter named Jasmine-Rose and a son named Jalen. Family plays a central role in Orim's life, and he strives to lead by example and instill strong values in his children.
