Nur Fettahoglu was born on December 11, 1980 in Duisburg, Germany. She was born into a family of five children to her parents, Fatma and Sinan Fettahoglu. Growing up, Nur was always interested in the arts and pursued her passion for fashion by studying Fashion Design at Halic University.
After earning her degree in Fashion Design, Nur decided to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She made her acting debut in various television series and quickly gained recognition for her talents. One of her most notable roles was playing Mahidevran Sultan on the television series, Muhteşem Yüzyıl, from 2011 to 2013.
