Myles Jack was born on March 9, 1995, in Arizona to La Sonjia Jack and H. David Jack. He grew up with his brother Jahlen and showed immense talent in sports from a young age.
Jack attended Bellevue High School where he excelled in football and track. He led his high school football team to a perfect 14-0 record in his senior year. In addition to football, he was a standout track athlete, competing in the 400-meter dash, 200-meter dash, and various relay teams.
