Myles Frost was born on July 21, 1999, in Silver Spring, Maryland. He comes from a family with a background in engineering and education, his mother Charmayne Strayhorn being a systems engineer, and his grandmother a school teacher.
During his academic years, Myles studied music technology at Belmont University and audio engineering at Bowie State University. However, his college journey was cut short when he landed the coveted role of Michael Jackson in MJ the Musical. It was a dream come true for him, as he had always been passionate about performing and showcasing his talents.
Myles initially caught the attention of the production team of MJ the Musical when they stumbled upon a video of him performing "Billie Jean" at a high school talent show on YouTube. Impressed by his talent and stage presence, they invited him to audition for the iconic role of Michael Jackson. Myles's portrayal of the King of Pop was nothing short of exceptional, earning him critical acclaim and a loyal fan following.
His performance as Michael Jackson in the Broadway production not only garnered him the 2022 Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical but also earned him a Grammy Award nomination for the cast recording.
