Mario Cuomo was born on September 28, 1993 in Elmhurst, Illinois. He grew up in a musical household and developed a passion for music at a young age. In 2009, while attending York High School, Cuomo along with guitarist Dominic Corso, guitarist Matt O'Keefe, bassist Grant Brinner and drummer Henry Brinner formed the rock band The Orwells.
In 2012, The Orwells released their debut album Remember When, which received critical acclaim and helped propel them into the spotlight. Their second album, Disgraceland, followed in 2014 and further solidified their place in the music industry.
