Lucinda Dickey was born on August 14, 1960, in Hutchinson, Kansas. From a young age, she showed a passion for dance and performance. She began taking dance classes at a local studio and quickly excelled in various styles, including jazz, ballet, and tap.
After graduating from high school, Dickey decided to pursue her love of dance further by studying at Kansas State University. There, she not only honed her skills as a dancer but also participated in statewide beauty pageants, showcasing her talent and charisma on stage.
