Kolohe Andino, born on March 22, 1994 in San Clemente, California, discovered his love for surfing at a young age. At just 10 years old, he began honing his skills in the water, eventually competing in school surf competitions. Andino quickly made a name for himself, dominating the National Scholastic Surfing Association circuit and earning nine championship wins, a record that still stands today.
Andino's professional surfing career took off in 2011 when he claimed victory at the ASP 6-Star Quicksilver Brazil Open of Surfing and the Vans Pier Classic world tour events. His success continued in 2015 when he made history by winning the inaugural World Surf League event, The World Surf League Surf City Pro, in Huntington Beach, California.
Aside from his passion for surfing, Andino is also a family man. His mother Tina has been a constant pillar of support throughout his career, cheering him on from the sidelines and celebrating his victories with him. In addition to his family, Andino is also sponsored by top brands in the surfing industry, including Hurley, Oakley, Red Bull, and Neff.
