Katherine Lee Graham, known to her fans as K. Lee, was born on April 30, 1997 in South Carolina. She grew up in a family of five children, being the second oldest. Her mother, Jennifer, was also a beauty queen, winning the title of Miss South Carolina Teen USA in 1985. It was her youngest sister who gave her the nickname K. Lee, as she couldn’t pronounce her full name. From a young age, K. Lee showed a passion for performing arts and excelled at Chapin High School where she participated in the drama department.
Her journey to fame began when she competed in and won the title of Miss South Carolina Teen USA. This opened up opportunities for her, leading to her being crowned Miss Teen USA in 2014. Her success in the pageant world allowed her to amass a following of over 20,000 fans on Instagram. Alongside her pageant career, K. Lee also worked as a writer and blogger for Live Beautifully, a self-confidence campaign she launched during her reign as Miss South Carolina Teen USA.
After high school, K. Lee furthered her education at the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities. While there, she participated in the drama department's summer program, honing her skills as a performer. Despite her success in the pageant industry, K. Lee remained focused on her education and pursued a career in the entertainment industry.
When she’s not busy with her career, K. Lee enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is close with her siblings and credits her mother for inspiring her to pursue her dreams.
