Justin Mortelliti was born on August 30, 1980 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was raised in Washington Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey by his parents Marilyn and Nicholas. From a young age, Justin showed a passion for both music and sports.
At the age of 8, Justin began studying the violin and quickly became a talented musician. He also excelled in gymnastics, competing in various competitions. After finishing high school, Justin decided to pursue his love for the arts and enrolled at the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. In 2002, he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree.
Justin's career in entertainment started to take off soon after graduating from Rutgers. He landed his first major acting role on the Nickelodeon series Victorious, where he showcased his acting and singing abilities. This led to more opportunities in the industry.
