Josephine Lee was born in California and grew up with a passion for entrepreneurship and dance. She attended Aliso Niguel High School and graduated in 2006. During her time at high school, she discovered her love for communication and it set the foundation for her future endeavors.

In 2016, Josephine made history by winning third place in the World Championship of Public Speaking, becoming the first Korean American woman to place on the final stage. This accomplishment solidified her reputation as a talented entrepreneur and speaker.
