Joseph Devries was born on December 7, 1994 in Wales. From a young age, he showed a passion for music, thanks to the encouragement of his father, Antonio. In 2011, he took his first steps towards a musical career by uploading videos to YouTube, showcasing his singing and songwriting talents.
Devries' big break came when he joined Overload Generation, a popular British boy band. Alongside his bandmates Jordi Whitworth, Ollie Garland, Ryan Robertson, and Andy Fowler, he captivated audiences with their music and performances. They gained further recognition when they appeared on the UK reality show, The X Factor, during the 2014 season.
