Jonathan Cook, born on June 1, 1984 in Texas, is best known as the lead vocalist of the popular pop punk band Forever the Sickest Kids. He attended college where he met his former bandmate Marc Stewart, sparking the beginning of his musical career. The two debated starting a band called the Flipside, which eventually led to the formation of Forever the Sickest Kids when they joined forces with the act Been Bradley.
Forever the Sickest Kids quickly rose to fame with hit singles like "Whoa Oh! (Me vs. Everyone)" and "What Do You Want from Me." Jonathan Cook's dynamic vocals and charismatic stage presence played a significant role in the band's success. Alongside bandmates Caleb Turman, Kyle Burns, and Austin Bello, he toured extensively and gained a loyal fan base.
In 2013, Jonathan Cook found himself in legal trouble when he was tried in Dallas, Texas for selling counterfeit Rolex watches. Despite this setback, Cook's passion for music never wavered, and he continued to focus on creating and performing music.
In October of 2015, Jonathan Cook and his wife Cierra welcomed their son Gates Monroe into the world. Balancing the demands of a busy music career with family life has been a challenge, but Cook has always made time for his loved ones.
