Jerzy Rocha Livramento, known by his stage name Jerr, was born on September 3, 1994, in Rotterdam, Netherlands. From a young age, he showed a passion for music and sports, particularly football. At the age of seven, Jerr began his football career at Sparta Rotterdam, where he honed his skills on the field. This early introduction to discipline and teamwork would later shape his approach to his music career.
Although Jerr was initially focused on football, his love for music never wavered. In his teenage years, he discovered his talent for rapping and began pursuing a career in the music industry. Jerr's big break came when he joined the rap crew Broederliefde, alongside Mella, Emms, Javiensley Dams, and DJ Edson. The group quickly gained popularity in the Dutch music scene, thanks to their unique sound and energetic performances.
One of Jerr's most notable collaborations was with pop artist Jan Smit on the song "Come Closer to Me." This partnership helped him reach a wider audience and solidify his place in the music industry. However, Jerr's biggest success came with the release of Broederliefde's album "Hard Work Pays Off 2" in 2016. The album broke records by staying at the top of the Dutch album charts for an impressive 14 weeks, showcasing Jerr's talent and dedication to his craft.
