Jared Monaco was born on March 21, 1988 in Arizona. Growing up, he developed a passion for music and began playing guitar at a young age. He was drawn to the rock genre and spent countless hours practicing and perfecting his skills.
Monaco's big break came when he was asked to join the Arizona based rock group, The Maine. He and Kennedy Brock replaced two former members of the band shortly after the release of their EP Stay Up, Get Down. Their chemistry and musical talents quickly propelled the band to new heights.
With Monaco on lead guitar, The Maine released their third album titled Pioneer, which peaked at #90 on the Billboard 200 chart. Their following album, Forever Halloween, performed even better, reaching #39 on the same chart.
