Frank Wycheck was born on October 14, 1971, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended Archbishop Ryan High School in Northeast Philadelphia, where he excelled in football. After graduating from high school, he went on to attend the University of Maryland, where he played football for the Maryland Terrapins.
