Emily Cole was born on December 14, 2000, in the United States. She grew up with her two sisters, Julia and Kristin. From a young age, Emily showed immense talent and passion for athletics, particularly track & field.
Emily attended Klein High School, where she excelled academically and athletically. She graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA and achieved a top 1% SAT score of 1550 out of 1600. During her time in high school, Emily also discovered her love for writing and authored a best-selling book called The Player's Plate.
Upon graduating from high school, Emily was recruited to run track for Duke University. During her time at Duke, she became a three-time All-American track athlete, showcasing her exceptional talent and dedication to the sport.
