Dylan McCaffrey was born on March 25, 1999, in Colorado, the son of former NFL wide receiver Ed McCaffrey and Lisa McCaffrey. Growing up in a football family, Dylan was surrounded by the sport from an early age. He attended Valor Christian Academy, where he began his football career in high school.
In February of 2016, Dylan committed to play college football at the University of Michigan, following in the footsteps of his father who also played at the collegiate level. Under the coaching of Jim Harbaugh, Dylan quickly made a name for himself as a talented quarterback for the Michigan Wolverines.
Aside from his football career, Dylan values his family above all else. His mother, Lisa, has been a constant source of support throughout his journey as a student-athlete. All three brothers are accomplished football players in their own right, with Christian currently playing in the NFL.
Throughout his college career, Dylan has shown remarkable skill and dedication to the sport. His commitment to excellence on and off the field has earned him the respect of his teammates and coaches. Despite the pressure of living up to his family name, Dylan has proven himself as a standout player in his own right.
As Dylan continues to make his mark on the college football scene, his future in the sport looks bright. With the support of his family and mentors, he is poised to achieve great success both on and off the field. Dylan McCaffrey's journey is a testament to the power of hard work, dedication, and a true love for the game of football.
