Christian Coma, better known as CC, was born on April 21, 1985 in Los Angeles, California. At the young age of nine, he was gifted his first drum set, sparking a passion for music that would shape his future. He quickly honed his skills and began playing in local bands around the Los Angeles music scene.
In 2010, CC joined the popular alternative rock band Black Veil Brides as their drummer. His powerful and dynamic drumming style quickly solidified his place in the band and earned him a dedicated fan base. One of his most notable contributions to the band was his songwriting on their album "Set The World on Fire."
Prior to joining Black Veil Brides, CC was the drummer for the band Silent Civilian from 2005 to 2007. This experience helped shape his musical style and provided him with valuable skills that he would later bring to Black Veil Brides. Some of his early influences as a drummer include legendary rock bands like Led Zeppelin and Rush.
In addition to his music career, CC was previously married to popular YouTuber Anna Sherman. The couple unfortunately divorced in 2020, but CC has remained focused on his music and his fans throughout the challenges in his personal life.
