Chi Chi DeVayne, originally born as Zavion Davenport, entered this world on September 24, 1985, in Shreveport, Louisiana. Growing up, Chi Chi attended Fair Park High School and graduated in 2003. It was during her teenage years that she discovered her love for performing as a drag queen.
