Cheyenne Barton was born on August 6, 1994, in Singapore, before moving to Sugar Land, Texas as a child. She later relocated to Seattle, Washington, where she currently resides. Growing up, Barton showed a passion for art and creativity, which led her to pursue a career in illustration.
She attended St. Edward's University, where she studied design and acting. During her time at university, Barton honed her artistic skills and developed her unique style of colorful illustrations.
After completing her studies, Barton decided to share her illustrations with the world on social media. She created an Instagram page, @chey.barton, to showcase her artwork, and soon gained a large following of over 130,000 fans.
