Carmine Giovinazzo was born on August 24, 1973 in New York City, NY. From a young age, he had a passion for baseball and dreamed of becoming a professional player. He was a talented athlete and earned a baseball scholarship to Wagner College. However, his dreams were dashed when a back injury forced him to end his baseball career.
