Caleb Shudak was born on November 19, 1997 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He grew up in a sports-oriented family, with his father Jeff also having a background in football as a kicker for Iowa State University. Caleb attended Lewis Central High School, where he excelled not only in football but also in tennis, baseball, track, and swimming.
After high school, Caleb went on to attend the University of Iowa, where he walked on to the football team. During his time at Iowa, he was named a member of the first team All-Big Ten and the Big Ten All-Academic Team, showcasing his talent both on and off the field.
Following the 2022 NFL Draft, Caleb was signed by the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent. He made his professional debut during week twelve of the regular season, facing off against the Cincinnati Bengals. Despite being a rookie, he showed promise by successfully making three out of his first four NFL kicks.
Outside of football, Caleb enjoys spending time with his family and friends in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He has a deep passion for sports, stemming from his upbringing in a household where athletics were highly valued.
