Cahron Childs, better known as JayAre, was born on December 6, 1988 in Inglewood, California. He was a talented rapper and member of the hip hop group Cali Swag District, which rose to fame with their hit single "Teach Me How To Dougie."
In 2010, JayAre, along with his friends Yung, Smoove Da General, and M-Bone, came together to work on Cali Swag District's debut album, The Kickback. The group quickly gained popularity with their catchy tunes and energetic performances.
Following the success of "Teach Me How To Dougie," Cali Swag District released two mixtapes, Deeper Than the Dougie in 2011 and The District in 2014. However, tragedy struck when JayAre was diagnosed with sickle cell anemia and suffered a seizure in his sleep in June 2014. He was admitted to the hospital, where he tragically passed away after a heart attack.
