Briton Bond was born on May 10, 1991 in Ocala, Florida. From a young age, he showed a passion for music and knew that he wanted to pursue a career in the industry. Growing up in Florida, he was exposed to a variety of musical genres, but it was metalcore that truly captured his heart.
In 2013, Briton Bond's life changed when he met Seth Blake and Cody Quistad, the existing guitarists of Wage War. Bond joined the band as the frontman, and not long after, the rest of the band fell into place. Together, they began building a community of loyal fans who resonated with their unique sound and powerful lyrics.
Wage War released their debut album Blueprints in 2015, which quickly gained traction in the metalcore scene. The album topped out at #3 on the U.S. Heatseekers chart, solidifying Wage War as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.
In 2016, Wage War announced that they would join the Desolation Of Eden Tour, further solidifying their presence in the metalcore community. The band's sound, characterized by Bond's powerful vocals and emotional lyrics, has resonated with fans all over the world.
Despite his busy touring schedule, Briton Bond always makes time for his loved ones. In February 2016, while on tour, he made sure to wish his girlfriend Sarah Merritt a Happy Valentine's Day, showing that he values his relationships outside of the music industry.
Briton Bond and Wage War had the opportunity to work with A Day to Remember musicians Jeremy McKinnon and Andrew Wade, who helped produce Wage War's debut album Blueprints. Their collaboration brought out the best in Wage War's sound, further solidifying their place in the metalcore genre.
