Brian Marshall was born on April 24, 1973, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He was introduced to music at a young age, starting his musical education by playing his father's drums. Marshall's early musical influences included renowned bassists Steve Harris, John Entwistle, Geddy Lee, Justin Chancellor, and Doug Pinnick.
Marshall's passion for music led him to become a skilled songwriter and bassist. In the late 1990s, he co-founded the rock band Creed, along with guitarist Mark Tremonti, vocalist Scott Stapp, and drummer Scott Phillips. Creed gained immense success with hits like "My Own Prison" and "With Arms Wide Open."
