Brad Schultz was born on May 15, 1982 in Kentucky. He first discovered his passion for music at a young age and began playing the guitar when he was just a teenager. At thirteen years old, he joined his first band and quickly realized that he had a natural talent for music.
Despite his early interest in music, Brad initially pursued a career in telemarketing. However, it wasn't long before he realized that his true calling was in music. Alongside his brother, singer Matt Shultz, Brad decided to form the American rock band Cage the Elephant.
