Bobbito Garcia, born on September 25, 1966, in New York, is a Puerto Rican DJ, writer, and streetball enthusiast. In his early 20s, he played professional basketball in Puerto Rico before transitioning into the world of entertainment. In the 90s, he co-hosted The Stretch Armstrong and Bobbito Show, which quickly gained recognition as the Best Hip Hop Radio Show of All Time by The Source magazine.
In 2003, Garcia embarked on a new venture by creating the streetball magazine Bounce: From the Playground.
