Arizona Reid was born on November 3, 1986 in Gaffney, South Carolina. He grew up in a tight-knit family with four brothers and two sisters. Reid attended Gaffney High School, where he first discovered his love for basketball. His talent quickly gained attention, and he became a standout player on the high school team.
After graduating from high school, Reid decided to continue his basketball career at High Point University. He joined the High Point Panthers in 2004 and immediately made an impact on the team.
