Angelo Parente was born on June 22, 1987, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. From a young age, he showed a passion for music and art. Growing up in a small town, he found solace in expressing himself through drawing and design. Little did he know that these skills would later shape his career in the music industry.
It was in 2005 that Parente, along with Chris Motionless, Frank Polumbo, and Kyle White, came together to form the metalcore band Motionless in White. The band quickly gained a following for their unique sound and intense live performances. Parente's skills as a drummer added a powerful element to the group's music, solidifying their place in the metalcore scene.
After years of touring and recording with the band, Parente decided to part ways with Motionless in White in 2013. The demanding lifestyle of a musician had taken a toll on him, both physically and emotionally. He needed a break from the constant grind of the music industry and decided to explore other passions.
Following his departure from the band, Parente found a new outlet for his creativity. He began hosting a weekly pro wrestling podcast at 5 Star Broadcast, where he shared his love for the sport with listeners. In addition to podcasting, Parente also pursued a career in tattoo artistry, working at Black Casket Tattoo. His talent for drawing and design translated seamlessly into the world of tattooing, allowing him to create unique and intricate designs for his clients.
Throughout his career, Parente has remained dedicated to his love for drawing and graphic design. He has lent his artistic talents to creating t-shirt designs for bands such as Blessthefall, Of Mice and Men, and Breathe Carolina. His eye for detail and creativity have made him a sought-after designer in the music industry, with his designs adding a distinctive element to band merchandise.
Despite his success in the music and art worlds, Parente remains humble and grounded in his roots. He continues to take inspiration from his hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania, infusing his work with a sense of authenticity and nostalgia. His time in Motionless in White may have come to an end, but his impact on the metalcore scene and the world of design will be remembered for years to come.
