Almira Cercado, born on October 28, 1987 in Santiago, Philippines, is a talented pop singer who rose to fame as part of the group Fourth Impact. She and her sisters, Celina, Irene, and Mylene, have been making music together since they were young. Almira received a scholarship from the Cecilian Voice Training Center, which helped her hone her vocal abilities from a young age.
